These are the signature service projects that ground our work and guide our impact. Each mission gives kids the opportunity to learn, lead, and serve—while making a real difference in the lives of others.

SandBranch

Inspired by the legacy of a lifelong foster parent, Mattie "LuLu" Spencer, Operation LuLu provides dignity and care to children in foster care. We collect and donate luggage, backpacks, and cleaning supplies so that no child ever has to carry their belongings in a trash bag again. This mission reminds us that small gestures can restore dignity in big ways.

As part of our Educate thrust, Lemonade Day introduces young people to entrepreneurship through hands-on experience. Kids design, build, and run their own lemonade stands—learning business basics, goal setting, and community engagement along the way. It’s where creativity meets commerce and turns lemons into leadership.

We believe every child deserves to walk—and play—with confidence. Sole-2-Soul is our community shoe drive, where youth collect and distribute new and gently used sneakers to children and teens in need. We also gather cleats for young athletes in Puerto Rico, helping them stay in the game and chase their dreams. It’s more than a shoe—it’s a step toward self-esteem, mobility, and hope.

Clean water is a right, not a privilege. Through #H20 for SandBranch, we raise awareness and gather donations of bottled water for residents of SandBranch, Texas—an unincorporated community without access to clean, running water. Our youth lead this effort to shine a light on local inequity and bring relief to overlooked neighbors.
